Basically, Heiji gets fired up easily although he usually forgets about whatever it is that got him worked up a few seconds later.

Notes/Other: Just going to say ask first for everything, I'm usually pretty up for plotting stuff but it's easier imo if we just talk about it beforehand.

For romance I will say that flirting is probably fine and Heiji will probably even flirt back as long as they keeps it classy. He's a closet romantic who gets jealous easily when he's serious about someone and he's also aware of this, so he'll be open to dating but also try and keep it not-too-serious unless he's reasonably sure it's not going to blow up on him. No need to ask me if your character wants to ask him out. Run-on sentences.

In UG, Heiji operates under the alias of Heiji Hasegawa. When speaking English, he has an American accent. When speaking Japanese, he has an Osaka/Kansai accent.
